Book 1-2 weeks ahead for best availability, especially during the last week of the month when we're busiest. That said, we do accept same-day or emergency moves depending on our schedule. The sooner you book, the less stress and more flexibility you'll have.

We use flat-fee pricing based on cubic feet, not hourly rates or weight. This eliminates surprises on moving day! As a boutique moving company, we provide detailed, transparent quotes with a personal touch—you'll work with a dedicated moving consultant who takes the time to understand your specific situation.

Here's how it works:

1. You provide us with a detailed list of items to be moved
2. We calculate the space measurement in cubic feet
3. We assign a rate per cubic foot based on volume and distance
4. You get a guaranteed, all-inclusive price with a personal explanation of every charge

All five NYC boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Staten Island), plus Westchester County and Nassau County on Long Island. We cover about 120 miles from your starting point.

Getting a quote is easy and personalized! We offer three convenient ways:

No deposit required! Payment is due upon job completion. We accept Credit cards and Cash. Note: We do not accept checks.

The moving service itself is not taxed in New York. However, packing supplies are subject to 8.75% sales tax.

We understand that plans change! We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Since we don't take deposits, there's nothing to refund—just give us a call and we'll work with you personally to reschedule or cancel as needed. No fees involved! This flexible, customer-first approach is at the heart of our boutique service.

Here's exactly what to expect with our personalized service:

Upon Arrival:

• Our foreman (a company manager, not just any mover) will do a walkthrough and inspect all items
• We'll compare the actual items with your quote list
• If adjustments are needed (more or fewer items), we'll have a transparent conversation and update the quote on the spot

During the Move:

• We wrap and protect all furniture with moving pads
• Pack items if you've booked packing service
• Load the truck efficiently and securely
• Transport everything to your new location
  
• Unload and set up items in designated rooms per your instructions
