Our movers were very professional. The team leader, Leon, was efficient, communicative, and proactive. A real pleasure to work with. The whole team was kind, patient and diligent. We had no mishaps and they were very careful with walls in our staircase.
I have used Serenity for both of my NYC moves. Maxwell is lovely via email and on the phone and the Teddy and his team were confident, calm and efficient! I would recommend them to anyone!
I can honestly say that I have zero complaints about my move with Serenity Movers. I had a morning appointment and not only were they on time, they were early. It took them an hour over what was estimated.
Smooth move. Max in customer service was awesome. Flexibility in scheduling, Mowgli (sp?) was a great lead. Fast, courteous, professional. Made for a low stress moving day. Or dare I say...serene moving day.
Serenity really was as good as it gets. I'd written a review for them previously, but it seems to have disappeared down the yelp rabbit hole. Anyway, I haven't been on Yelp in awhile, but I did find Serenity through yelp, and I wanted to add my thoughts here.
Maxwell and team were professional, responsive and friendly. Price was reasonable, maybe not the very cheapest, but as ithe saying goes, you typically pay for what you get. Use these guys and you will get great service. I would use again.
