A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is a document that proves your moving company carries the required insurance coverage. Most NYC buildings, co-ops, and condos require a COI before allowing movers to use service elevators or enter the building.

We've had great experiences working with Maxwell and Serenity Movers. Had stuff in storage for about 2 years and just moved up to Rochester NY. The guys that were sub-contracted to move our stuff up there were phenomenal. Shout out to Vlad and his crew. They worked cleanly and expediently (a major accomplishment considering it was about 10 degrees outside and snowy.)

Phenomenal! Maxwell and his team made for the easiest moving process I've ever experienced, including graciously accommodating a bit of hectic schedule on my end.
