We've had great experiences working with Maxwell and Serenity Movers. Had stuff in storage for about 2 years and just moved up to Rochester NY. The guys that were sub-contracted to move our stuff up there were phenomenal. Shout out to Vlad and his crew. I had another excellent experience with Serenity Movers! (They helped us 4 or 5 times already). They helped us move my 3-bedroom apartment and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Phenomenal! Maxwell and his team made for the easiest moving process I've ever experienced, including graciously accommodating a bit of hectic schedule on my end. The move itself was incredibly efficient and on time. The crew was very friendly and professional and all of my items arrived to my new apartment in perfect condition. We were referred to Serenity by our realtor who has used them personally for multiple moves. That’s a strong endorsement from a discerning client! They earned that and more--they were phenomenal:  on time, professional and so nice! Maxwell, the manager, is amazingly accommodating and adept at handling the stressful moments that come with moves, including rescheduling the date of our move several times, at short notice and without complaint. Serenity’s team moved the contents of our NYC 2 bedroom coop (from a building that has strict requirements for all contractors) to our home in rural CT. They were flawless. All our furniture and art pieces were wrapped perfectly and arrived without any damage whatsoever. The team placed everything exactly where we wanted and couldn’t have been more careful.
