Do you serve my neighborhood?
We serve all five NYC boroughs — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island — plus Westchester, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.
My building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI). Can you provide one?
Yes — we provide COIs free of charge. Just let us know your building's requirements at least 3–5 business days before your move and we'll handle the paperwork directly with your building management.
What are your hours?
Our office is open Monday–Friday, 8am–7pm. We also offer weekend and holiday moves — contact us to confirm availability for your specific date.
How far in advance should I contact you?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead, especially during peak season (May–September). That said, we also offer same-day and next-day service when availability allows — don't hesitate to reach out even on short notice.
