What does the price guarantee cover?

Our price guarantee means the flat-rate quote we provide is the total cost you pay. This covers labor, truck, Packing supplies, Tolls and any access challenges we've been informed about such as stairs or long carry.

Are there any exclusions?

If you add items not originally quoted, request additional services on the day of the move, or if building access conditions differ significantly from what was communicated, an additional charge may apply — but this will always be discussed and agreed upon before any extra work begins.

Do you offer hourly pricing too?

Yes. For smaller, straightforward moves, hourly pricing may be available. Ask us which pricing model is best for your specific move when you request a quote.

How is the flat-rate price calculated?

We factor in apartment size, floors, elevator availability, distance, required services (packing, storage), and any special items. All details are included transparently in your written quote.

Can I get a price-match guarantee?

Yes. If you've received a written quote from another licensed and insured NYC moving company for the same scope of work, share it with us and we'll do our best to match or beat it.

Had stuff in storage for about 2 years and just moved up to Rochester NY. The guys that were sub-contracted to move our stuff up there were phenomenal. Shout out to Vlad and his crew. That’s a strong endorsement from a discerning client! They earned that and more--they were phenomenal:  on time, professional and so nice! Maxwell, the manager, is amazingly accommodating and adept at handling the stressful moments that come with moves, including rescheduling the date of our move several times, at short notice and without complaint. Serenity’s team moved the contents of our NYC 2 bedroom coop (from a building that has strict requirements for all contractors) to our home in rural CT. They were flawless. All our furniture and art pieces were wrapped perfectly and arrived without any damage whatsoever. The team placed everything exactly where we wanted and couldn’t have been more careful.
